This certificate and courses are offered fully online in English and Spanish. The college is located in Santa Fe, New Mexico and provides a CHW certificate from the New Mexico Department of Health.
Loma Linda University Health – Community Health Worker Certificate (Promotor Academy)
This academy was founded in 2011 and is offered by Loma Linda University Health – San Manuel Gateway College. Training for the certificate consists of 80 -100 hours of training and 100-200 hours of practical experience. Most training is offered face-to- face in San Bernardino or as a Hybrid model.
